Lessons

Lessons take place weekly at the agreed day and time.

Monthly Payments

Lessons are billed on a rolling monthly basis, with the cost averaged across the year.

Monthly payments:

  • Are taken by Direct Debit

  • Are collected automatically each month

  • Include teacher holiday periods (2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Easter)

  • August is not billed

Monthly payments are collected via GoCardless and are protected by the UK Direct Debit Guarantee.

Cancellations & Missed Lessons

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Where sufficient notice is given, the lesson can be rearranged as a catch-up lesson.

Notice to Pause or Stop Lessons

A minimum of one month’s notice is required to pause or stop lessons.

Notice should be given in writing (email or message).
