Cancellations & Missed Lessons
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Where sufficient notice is given, the lesson can be rearranged as a catch-up lesson.
What if I’m ill or delayed on the day?
We appreciate unexpected circumstances can mean you miss your weekly lesson. In cases where you can’t give the
minimum of 24 hours’ notice, the tutor will typically send a short video lesson and some notes for the student to work on. Or if
you’re simply not able to attend the lesson at the scheduled destination, you can do an online video lesson with the tutor.
What if my teacher can’t make a lesson?
We understand there may be times that a teacher can’t make a lesson. Where this is known in advance, the
teacher will either arrange a cover teacher to take the lesson or arrange it for a different date. There are always moments
when illness or unexpected circumstances can’t be avoided and you will be credited with a lesson to be booked in at a future date
if cover can’t be arranged.
Notice to Pause or Stop Lessons
A minimum of one month’s notice is required to pause or stop lessons.
Notice should be given in writing (email or message).
